Einstein Group was founded as a insurance consulting firm in 2007. Originally, our focus was only related to non-traditional lines of business. We have since grown to include a number of related and unrelated lines of business.
As Einstein approaches its 20th year, we are well positioned to take on the next decade by providing valuable solutions which are otherwise unavailable or too costly in traditional markets. We invite you to learn more about our team below.

Benjamin S. Terner, Esq., LL.M.
Managing Director
Mr. Terner has over 18 years experience in the alternative risk transfer and capital businesses. He is a licensed attorney in Connecticut and New Jersey. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Texas A&M University of Law in Fort Worth, Texas teaching risk management. Mr. Terner holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws degrees from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego; he holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from West Virginia University in Morgantown, and an International Business Certificate in Finance from the University Fillipin, Treviso, Italy.

Casper J. LaBarbera
Managing Partner
Mr. LaBarbera's focus includes development and oversight of the operations, sales & marketing, and information technology departments. He held a FINRA Series 3 and 7 licenses while working at some of the largest global investment banks. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from West Virginia University in Morgantown.
